Your First Safety Gate

Describe your first job, its hazards, energy, controls, and barriers, and see it take shape.

Now the heart of WorkGateIQ. Let's walk a real Safety Gate, from first description to verified controls.

Step 1

Safety Gates is where work gets verified. Create a new gate from here, or open one in review. Each gate shows its risk level and its decision status at a glance.

Step 2

A gate starts with the work itself: the site, the task, the location, the country, and the planned window. A clear description of what will actually happen is the foundation of every control that follows.

Step 3

Accountability is explicit. Every gate names the responsible person and the competent supervisor before work is described as ready. When the record is reviewed later, the answers are already attached to names.

Step 4

The heart of it: each safeguard is checked against its own evidence. PASS means a control is confirmed. FAIL means it still needs attention before the work is ready. The decision weighs what is verified, not what is filled in.
