Your Company Safety Profile lives under Library & Profiles. This is the one place your organisation's safety baseline is defined, and the Active badge means it already drives every gate you run.
Step 2
The profile anchors your organisation to its jurisdiction. WorkGateIQ merges the jurisdiction's baseline controls with your own company requirements, and where they overlap, the stricter control always wins. The Primary Country setting drives which baseline applies. In this demo, the United Kingdom.
Step 3
On top of the jurisdiction baseline sit your own requirements. LOTO verification before intrusive work, a gas test before confined space entry: the rules your teams already work to, recorded once and applied to every relevant gate. Requirements start as Draft and activate only when a competent person reviews them.
